We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders over $99!
If your order is $49.99 and under, Fed Ex Ground shipping is $5.95.
If your order is $50.00 to $98.99, Fed Ex Ground Shipping is $8.95.
In most cases we will ship your order that same day. You can expect your order to arrive in 1-5 business days.
Returns Policy
How do I return an item?
BreatheEasyCPAP.com will accept returns on any unopened mask or accessory within 60 days of the original date of shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please understand that once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned.
Complete masks can be exchanged once within 30 days. Shipping fees excluded.
Please refer to a mask sizing guides to assure a proper fit. If you have any doubt or question about your order before it ships, you can always call us toll free at 855-431-2727.
BreatheEasyCPAP.com will accept returns on sold merchandise that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if required, a return authorization will be issued to you. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to BreatheEasyCPAP.com is not covered.
No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product on our premises.
MASKS:
Masks, like shoes, come in all shapes and sizes. Please do not assume you are one size in a Resmed mask just because you are that size in a Fisher and Paykel mask. Please call us if you are unsure.
MACHINES:
All machines to include CPAP, APAP, BiPAP and Humidifiers, cannot be returned once the package has been opened. This is medical equipment. Whether or not the machine shows hours of usage it cannot be returned. CPAP and BIPAP warranties vary by manufacturer. Please check with us for details.
Machines (CPAP, APAP and BiPAP) which are malfunctioning and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer.
